Este modelo é o ideal para aplicações que demandam etiquetas mais largas, como por exemplo, tambores químicos, setor automobilístico, etc.
A série Xi4 oferece processador de 32-bit para maior velocidade de taxa de transferência, memória de 16 MB RAM (12 MB disponível para o usuário) 4 MB de memória flash (2MB para o usuário), compactflash para armazenamento adicional de formato/fontes, placa soquete sem fio ZebraNet e portas serial, paralela e USB.
